This company is a SCAM they charged me after countless emails asking them to cancel it prior to them drawing it. Then they shot off some crap drawing that looked nothing like me in order to be able to still charge me. They did a horrible job on the drawing and they refuse to refund. Worst experience of my life. I tried to cancel the order now 15 times.. I emailed right after hitting purchase. They ignored my email and instead sent questions about drawing details meaning they ignored all other emails. Furthermore, the drawing was hideous. Never use this company

Great job. Make sure to communicate with them. They are good at making specific requests, but you should be timely and clear. It may be difficult to see that they tell you to do so, so make sure that you do. I think they are fine with you being overly communicative. Use pictures that really offer them Identifying features or something to latch onto you to show that it’s you. Also, be wary of features like smiles and eyes. Make sure they don’t create a disconnect between how you see yourself and what they are portraying. I really like my piece, and I am glad to support artists doing individualized work.

First of all, the administration on this website are beyond professional and accommodating. They were able to rush the digital version of the portrait so it made it in time for my friends’ birthday. Furthermore, they followed up to ensure that the picture was done exactly to my liking, included all small details that I had requested, and remained in contact with updates regarding the process. My husband and I are cosplayers and the biggest Rick & Morty fans ever. My husband will ONLY cosplay as Rick Sanchez as no other character is worthy enough LOL. This month will be our 18th wedding anniversary and when I stumbled across an ad for Mortyfication on Instagram I knew I had to get us done in cosplay. The process was super easy to navigate, I think selecting the background was the most difficult part, ha ha! The artists nailed my Spider-Gwen cosplay and they made my husband look even more amazing as Rick on the first go, no need for any edits. They even add the happy 18th anniversary at the top, eep! If there is a special occasion coming up or even just for a fun gift, I highly recommend doing this as you will not be disappointed at all!
